By accessing or using the VRXHousing platform in any manner, including browsing the website, creating an account, or submitting a service request, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Services. If any portion of these terms is not acceptable, use of the platform should be discontinued. All users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or request services through VRXHousing. By using the platform, users confirm they meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

VRXHousing operates as a connection platform that links homeowners with independent home service professionals. The platform covers roofing, window installation, pest control, HVAC, plumbing, and solar services. VRXHousing does not directly employ service professionals or perform the services itself. The platform facilitates the matching process, provides communication tools, and supports the scheduling and coordination of service appointments. Actual service delivery is the responsibility of the independent professional engaged through the platform.

Users are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting service requests. Maintaining the security of login credentials is the account holder's responsibility; any activity occurring under an account is the user's responsibility. The platform must only be used for lawful purposes. Misuse, abuse, unauthorized access attempts, fraudulent activity, or interference with other users or professionals is strictly prohibited. VRXHousing reserves the right to take action if these standards are not upheld.

All service professionals available through VRXHousing operate as independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of VRXHousing. While VRXHousing facilitates the matching and coordination process, the professionals themselves are solely responsible for the quality, execution, and outcome of the work performed. VRXHousing screens professionals prior to listing them on the platform; however, this screening does not constitute an ongoing warranty or guarantee of any individual professional's work quality.

Quotes provided through the VRXHousing platform are generated by the independent service professionals based on the information submitted by the homeowner. Prices may vary depending on the scope of the job, materials required, location, and other factors. VRXHousing does not set, control, or guarantee the pricing offered by professionals. Any discrepancies between a quoted price and a final invoice are a matter between the homeowner and the professional. Users are encouraged to clarify all pricing details directly with the professional before authorizing work to begin.

VRXHousing is not liable for any issues arising from the quality, timeliness, or outcome of services performed by independent professionals. The platform's role is limited to facilitating the connection between homeowners and professionals. In the event of a dispute regarding completed work, VRXHousing provides a dispute resolution process to assist in reaching an outcome, but does not bear financial responsibility for the results of any service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VRXHousing's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

All content on the VRXHousing platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of VRXHousing or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any platform content without express written permission from VRXHousing is strictly prohibited. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users may be used by VRXHousing without compensation or attribution.

VRXHousing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a violation of these Terms of Services has occurred or is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, misrepresentation of information, or any conduct that disrupts the platform or harms other users or professionals. Account termination does not release a user from obligations incurred prior to the termination date.

VRXHousing may revise these Terms of Services at any time without prior individual notice to users. Updated terms take effect upon being published to the platform. Continued use of VRXHousing after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who do not agree with changes to these terms should discontinue platform use. The effective date shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last updated. Regular review of these terms is encouraged to stay informed of any changes.
